Shipping Policy

At Zenovex Labs, we aim to process and ship orders quickly, securely, and discreetly. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped with PostNL.

Delivery times and tracking updates are fully dependent on PostNL and may vary due to volume, delays, holidays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

2. Shipping Rates

We currently offer the following shipping rates:

  • Netherlands: €5.95
  • European Union: €9.95

Shipping costs are shown during checkout before payment is completed.

3. Processing Time

Orders placed and paid before 14:00 are usually shipped the same business day.

Orders placed after 14:00 are usually processed on the next business day.

Please note that order processing may take longer during busy periods, holidays, payment delays, stock checks, or other operational circumstances.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Netherlands: usually 1–2 business days
  • Belgium: usually 2–4 business days
  • Germany: usually 2–4 business days
  • Other European Union countries: usually 3–7 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. In some cases, delivery may take longer depending on PostNL, local postal partners, customs checks, public holidays, or regional delivery delays.

Zenovex Labs is not responsible for delays caused by PostNL or local delivery partners.

5. Discreet Packaging

All orders are packed securely and discreetly.

We do not place product names or unnecessary product information on the outside of the package. Packaging is designed to protect the contents during transit while maintaining privacy.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information may be provided by email where available.

Tracking updates are managed by PostNL and/or local delivery partners. Sometimes tracking may take time to update after dispatch.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

The customer is responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address during checkout.

Zenovex Labs is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply before reshipment.

8. Lost Packages

If a package appears to be lost, please contact us so we can review the tracking information.

A package is only considered lost when PostNL or the relevant delivery partner confirms that the shipment cannot be delivered or located.

Zenovex Labs does not automatically resend packages after a first order is delayed or lost.

A replacement shipment for a lost package may only be considered after the customer has successfully placed a second order. If the previous shipment is confirmed lost after a later order has been placed, Zenovex Labs may, at our discretion, include or resend the missing product in a new package.

This policy is in place to prevent abuse of lost-package claims while still allowing genuine cases to be reviewed.

9. Customs and Import Responsibility

For orders outside the Netherlands, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the products can legally be imported into their country or region.

Zenovex Labs is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays
  • Import checks
  • Customs holds
  • Import refusal
  • Seizure by customs or authorities
  • Additional import duties or taxes
  • Local legal restrictions

If a package is delayed, refused, seized, destroyed, or returned due to customs or local regulations, Zenovex Labs is not responsible for refunding or replacing the order.

10. Delivery Delays

Although we aim to ship orders quickly, delivery may sometimes take longer than expected.

Delays may be caused by:

  • PostNL processing delays
  • Local delivery partner delays
  • Public holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • High shipping volume
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect address details
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Other circumstances outside our control

Zenovex Labs cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by PostNL, local postal services, customs, or external circumstances.

11. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Clear photos of the outer packaging
  • Clear photos of the shipping label
  • A short description of the issue

If the damage is confirmed, Zenovex Labs may send a replacement product at our discretion.
