Return period<\/h2><p>You can, within <strong>14 days of receiving your order,<\/strong> indicate that you wish to return the purchase.<\/p><p>After notifying us of the return, you then have <strong>14 days<\/strong> to send the product back.<\/p><p>A return shipment is only accepted if the product:<\/p><ul><li><p>is unused;<\/p><\/li><li><p>is unopened;<\/p><\/li><li><p>is in its original packaging;<\/p><\/li><li><p>has an intact seal; and<\/p><\/li><li><p>is in the same condition as when it was delivered.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>This means that you can return an unopened and unused product within the return period if, for example, you have changed your mind or accidentally ordered the wrong product.<\/p><h2>2. Opened or used products<\/h2><p>All BluePeptideLab products are intended exclusively for laboratory and research purposes.<\/p><p>Due to the nature of the products, quality control, and storage conditions, opened or used products cannot be resold as new.<\/p><p>Products with a broken seal, or those that have been opened, used, damaged, or improperly stored or handled after delivery, are therefore not eligible for a standard return.<\/p><p>This does not affect the customer&#8217;s statutory rights regarding a defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered product.<\/p><h2>3. Registering a return<\/h2><p>Do you wish to return a product? Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via:<\/p><p><strong><a href=\"mailto:info@bluepeptidelab.com\">info@bluepeptidelab.com<\/a><\/strong><\/p><p>Please include the following in your return request:<\/p><ul><li><p>your order number;<\/p><\/li><li><p>your full name;<\/p><\/li><li><p>the product you wish to return.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Once we receive your return request, you will receive further instructions on how to return the item.<\/p><p>Do not send a return shipment without prior notification.<\/p><h2>4. Return costs<\/h2><p>For standard returns\u2014for example, if you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product\u2014the direct costs of returning the item are borne by the customer.<\/p><p>If you have received an incorrect or damaged product due to an error on our part, we will cover the reasonable return costs if a return is necessary.<\/p><h2>5. Refund<\/h2><p>If a return meets the conditions of this return policy, we will refund the amount due using the same payment method used for the original order.<\/p><p>In the event of a full cancellation of an order, the original standard shipping costs will also be refunded, to the extent required by law.<\/p><p>We will process the refund within <strong>14 days of you informing us that you wish to cancel the purchase<\/strong>. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you provide proof that the product has been returned, whichever occurs first.<\/p><p>Any additional costs incurred because you chose a more expensive shipping method than our standard shipping method for the original order will not be refunded.<\/p><h2>6. Damaged products<\/h2><p>Did your order arrive damaged? Please contact us as soon as possible via <a href=\"mailto:info@bluepeptidelab.com\">info@bluepeptidelab.com<\/a>.<\/p><p>Include your order number and attach clear photos of:<\/p><ul><li><p>the damaged product;<\/p><\/li><li><p>the outer packaging;<\/p><\/li><li><p>the shipping label; and<\/p><\/li><li><p>the condition of the package upon receipt.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>After assessment, we will provide an appropriate solution depending on the situation, such as a replacement or a refund.<\/p><h2>7. Incorrect or missing product<\/h2><p>Did you receive the wrong item, or is a product missing from your order? Please contact us and include your order number.<\/p><p>If possible, please attach clear photos of the order you received.<\/p><p>If it turns out an error was made on our end, we will provide a suitable solution at no extra cost\u2014such as sending the missing item, a replacement, or a refund.<\/p><h2>8. Missing shipments<\/h2><p>Does it appear your package has gone missing during transit? Please contact us so we can check the tracking details and, if necessary, initiate an investigation with the carrier.<\/p><p>If a shipment is definitively declared lost, we will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution where applicable.<\/p><h2>9. Customs and import<\/h2><p>For international orders, the customer is responsible for checking any local import regulations and restrictions in the destination country.<\/p><p>Delays resulting from customs inspections or other circumstances beyond our control do not in themselves entitle the customer to a refund.<\/p><p>Any statutory rights the customer may have remain unaffected.<\/p><h2>10. Incorrect delivery address<\/h2><p>Please carefully check that the delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.<\/p><p>If an order is returned to us because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, the costs for re-shipment may be charged to the customer.<\/p><h2>11. Cancellation before shipment<\/h2><p>Do you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped? Please contact us as soon as possible.<\/p><p>If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will attempt to cancel it immediately and refund the amount paid.<\/p><p>If the order has already been shipped, you can use the return procedure described above.<\/p><h2>12.
